Amidst the chaos in our surroundings, the unapt behavior of some of the fraternity members here and in other places all over the philippines,the Delta Sigma Xi tends to prove otherwise as we hold to the belief that the true brotherhood and sisterhood could be spread through peaceful ways and means.
